Shipping

All Nawa Origins pieces are handmade in small batches from our studio in Oslo, Norway. Because of the slow-crafted nature of our jewelry, please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

We currently offer flat-rate tracked shipping via Posten Norge:

• Norway – 78 NOK (2–4 business days)

• Europe – 300 NOK (3–7 business days)

• Rest of World – 400 NOK (5–14 business days)

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Note: Delivery estimates are based on the carrier’s timeline and may vary depending on location, customs, or seasonal delays. Orders placed during high-volume periods may take slightly longer to process.

Duties & Import Taxes

For orders placed outside Norway, please be aware that customs duties, VAT, and import fees may apply depending on your local regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you're unsure whether your country applies additional charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office.

Returns

We hope your Nawa Origins piece feels as meaningful to wear as it was to create. If it’s not quite right, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your piece must be in its original condition and packaging

• You must contact us at support@nawaorigins.com before sending your return

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.

Please clearly mark your parcel as a “RETURN TO SENDER” to avoid unnecessary customs charges.
